Step3 Spray your glass Corning bake ware with Pam Non-stick spray. Cut apples into wedges. You can peel them first or leave the peeling on them. Cover the bottom of the glass Corning bake ware with a thick layer of apple wedges.
Step4 Add Cinnamon, Sugar and Butter Sprinkle Dominion granulated sugar and McCormick ground cinnamon over the apples. Cut 6 tablespoons of Smart Balance stick butter into several pats and distribute over the apples.
Step5 Choose your favorite yellow cake mix. I like Duncan Hines because it is really moist and flavorful.
Step6 Take your Duncan Hines Yellow Cake mix and follow the directions. Adding your eggs, water and Crisco Cooking Oil to the cake batter and mix well. Add about 1 tablespoon of McCormick ground cinnamon to the batter and mix well.

Tips & Warnings
Golden Brown Cobbler
1. Drizzle caramel over each serving for an even sweeter treat.
2. If you are not an apple lover, you can replace the apples with fresh Peaches.
3. This recipe will work with canned fruit. You won’t need the sugar or cinnamon when using canned fruit. Also, you will pour half the batter in the glass bake ware, then add the fruit by spoonfuls and finally pour the rest of the batter over the canned fruit.
4. As always, be careful when dealing with the oven. Use oven mitts and take care.
