Brown Sugar Green Beans Recipe

If you have trouble getting your children to eat green beans, this is a great recipe. If you are just looking for a new recipe for green beans, this is the recipe for you.

INGREDIENTS:

1 Quart of green beans
1 Cup of Brown Sugar, packed
1 Tablespoon of Butter
Salt and Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

1. Drain 1/2 of the water from your green beans

2. In a medium saucepan or a crock pot, combine your green beans, brown sugar and butter. Add salt and pepper if desired.

3. Over medium heat, bring your green beans to a boil.

4. Reduce heat and simmer for about an hour.

* This recipe sounds simple and it is, but don’t let that keep you from trying this delicious green bean recipe. Your kid’s will thank you!
