Cheesy Shrimp Topped Chicken

Things You’ll Need:
4 Boneless & skinless chicken breast
1 cup of small cooked shrimp (peeled, deveined & without the tail) thawed
Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
1 cup Butter
1/2 cup of cream cheese (softened)
Garlic Pepper
Old Bay Seasoning
Parmesan cheese

Step 1
The first step to making Cheesy Seafood Topped Chicken is to melt 1 cup of butter in a microwave safe bowl or measuring cup.
Step 2
In a baking dish, place the four chicken breasts. Pour melted butter over  the chicken.
Step 3
Sprinkle Old Bay over each chicken breast. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes then turn the breast over and bake for about 15 minutes (or until the inside of the chicken is done).
Step 4
In a separate bowl, soften the cream cheese in the microwave for about 1 minute on high. Combine 1/2 teaspoon of garlic pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of Old Bay  and cream cheese in the bowl (after cream cheese is softened). Mix well and add the small cooked shrimp. Set aside and keep warm (not hot) until chicken is done.
Step 5
Just before chicken breast is done, spoon shrimp mixture over each chicken breast, sprinkle some shredded mozzarella cheese over each breast and finish baking (for the last two minutes of baking).
Step 6
Place chicken on individual plates.  Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese over the chicken and serve.

Variation:
If you like mushrooms, put a tablespoon of mushrooms in the cream cheese mixture when you add the shrimp.

* If you prefer Steak, the shrimp mixture tastes great on steak too. Substitute Worcestershire sauce for the butter when cooking steak. Cook time may vary.
* As with all hot food, use caution when taking things out of the oven.
* Don’t forget your oven mitt.
