Fresh Fruit Salad Recipe
The most refreshing summer treat is a bowl of Fresh Fruit Salad. The best thing about fresh fruit salad is you can add any fresh fruit you like and leave out any fresh fruit you don’t like.

Things You’ll Need:

Step 1
Gather the fresh fruit you plan to use in your salad. If preparing your fresh fruit salad for a party or large dinner, get a large bowl to mix your fruit.
Step 2
Slice cantaloupe into bite-size pieces. Use about 2 cups for a family of four.
Step 3
Next, wash a handful (or more if you are making a large amount of salad) of blueberries and toss these over the cantaloupe. Use about 1/2 cup to 1 cup for a family of four.
Step 4
Wash and slice some strawberries. Use about 1 cup of strawberries when making a fresh fruit salad.
Step 5
Add some bite-size pieces of honeydew if you like. Use about 2 cups for a family of four.
Step 6
Use one or two types of peaches for a family of four. Cut your peaches into bite-size pieces. Use a 1/2 a cup each if using two types of peaches or 1 cup if using one type.
Step 7
Use as Many different varieties of apples as you like. Pinklady apples, granny green apples and golden delicious apples are a nice variety. Any of these will work and in any combination.
Step 8
Wash some seedless grapes (red or white) and toss into the fresh fruit salad. Mix them in with the other fresh fruit. Use about 1 to 1 1/2 cups and feel free to use some of each, red and white.
Step 9
Slice a banana over the salad and it’s time to serve and enjoy. Use one medium to large banana for a family of four.
Tips & Warnings
1. Add kiwi, raspberries, black berries, lemons, oranges, mango or any other fruit you enjoy.
2. Serve soon after fixing so fruit stays fresh and bananas and apples don’t turn brown.
3. You can coat your apples and bananas with lemon juice before adding to the fresh fruit salad to keep them from turning brown.
4. You may be asked to make fresh fruit salad for other events.
