Happy Award Nomination
What a feeling! To know that someone appreciates and likes my recipes as much as my family! Thanks Elea Joy at Spiritual Devotions!
What a wonderful honor to be nominated for the “Happy Award”. Many thanks to “Hazel’s Crock Pot Kitchen” for the nomination. “Hazel’s” BLOG is full of great recipes. I use her recipes whenever our youth group is having an all day event. Youth are so hard to please but “Hazel” never lets us down! It’s like having my own chef to cook for our youth group. Now I’m suppose to list 10 things that make me happy and then nominate more BLOGS for this award…
My Ten Happy Things Are:
~ First and foremost, God. Everyday is filled with surprises that He plans for me.
~ My family and friends. What a blessing they are.
~ Cooking. I love to create new recipes. My family loves eating my creations.
~ Quilting. My ladies fellowship group tries to put out a quilt every quarter. Then at Christmas we give the four blankets to families in our community.
~ I love the four seasons. Each season is like moving to a whole new place.
~ Reading. I love to curl up with a good book.
~ Crafts are a passion of mine. I try to make a homemade gift for each person on my Christmas list each year.
~ Cheesecake. If my hips and waist could handle it I’d eat cheesecake everyday.
~ Computers are becoming a joy for me. The more I learn the more I like.
~ I love spending time with my ladies fellowship group.

Christine Norris over at Landlord Tips – Very interesting information. I haven’t needed it yet but I’ve been able to pass along the information to friends who have rental units.
Lilfix at Hazel’s Crock Pot Kitchen – Hazel has helped me out many times when I’m on the computer all day.
Kayleen Jordan over at Youth Group Resources – Kayleen really knows her youth! I would never think of the cleaver things she posts.
Laci Henderson at Pinch Your Pennies – I love saving money and Laci makes it easy!
Elea Joy at Spiritual Devotions – This BLOG really makes you think. My ladies fellowship group often uses Elea’s posts for our discussion time.
