Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe

This Peanut butter fudge melts in your mouth and with one bite you’re hooked.  It’s the kind of peanut butter fudge that is sure to be your family’s favorite. We have to hide some so it lasts more than a few days. It really is an irresistible peanut butter fudge.  So what are you waiting for, try it today!

Things You’ll Need:
2 sticks of margarine
4 cups of sugar
1 1/2 ounces Karo syrup
Carnation Evaporated milk
1 18 oz. jar Jiffy peanut butter
1 7 oz. jar marshmallow creme
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup chopped Planters nuts (if desired)

Step 1
This peanut butter fudge is quick and easy but don’t let that fool you. It really is good.
Step 2
Melt margarine (Land O Lakes is a healthier choice) in a medium sauce pan. Add sugar.
Step 3
Add 1 1/2 ounces of Karo syrup to enough Carnation evaporated milk to equal 1 cup. Bring to a boil & cook for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Remove from heat. Add Jiffy peanut butter, Kraft marshmallow crème, vanilla & Planters nuts.
Step 5
Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Cool and cut into squares.
Step 6
